Course Overview
The Standard First Aid/CPR/AED training course is approved by Occupational Health and Safety and provides participants with advanced knowledge and skills necessary to assist anyone experiencing a medical emergency. While applicable to any setting, this course is ideal for industrial environments where exposure to chemicals, poisonous substances, confined spaces, or heavy machinery is common. The course focuses on preventing further injury, easing pain and discomfort, and promoting recovery. Participants will also learn to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
