How do I book a course at The Training Centre?

You can book courses online through our booking system, which allows you to select dates, pay securely via Stripe, and receive email confirmations and reminders. You can also book by phone at 587-989-6243

We accept various payment options through Moneris: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express so your tranaction is safe and secured.

Can I customize the training to suit my company’s needs?

Yes, we offer Corporate Training where our instructors come to your worksite and provide customized training tailored to your specific requirements.

How long are the course certifications valid?

Course certifications are generally valid for 36 months. Please refer to the specific course details for exact validity period

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

While we have a no refund policy, we’re happy to help you reschedule your class to a better date. Please reschedule via your confirmation email to reschedule.

Do you offer any courses for novices with no prior experience?

Our Courses are for New and Experienced Students.

How often should I update my CPR certification?

It is recommended to update your First Aid CPR certification annually to maintain proficiency, however your certification is valid for three years from the date of the Practical course.

Are there any prerequisites for the courses?

Some courses may have prerequisites. For example, the Confined Space Rescue course requires a working knowledge of SCBA/SABA respiratory protective equipment. Please refer to the course details for specific requirements.
