Course certifications are generally valid for 12-36 months. Please refer to the specific course details for exact validity periods.

While we have a no refund policy, we’re happy to help you reschedule your class to a better date.  Please reschedule via your confirmation email to reschedule.

It is recommended to update your CPR certification annually to maintain proficiency.

Some courses may have prerequisites. For example, the Confined Space Rescue course requires a working knowledge of SCBA/SABA respiratory protective equipment. Please refer to the course details for specific requirements.
