The Ground Disturbance (Level II) training course is designed for individuals supervising ground disturbances, performing ground disturbances independently, or issuing and receiving ground disturbance permits. This course ensures personnel are familiar with and fully understand all applicable regulations and variances involved in ground disturbances. Presented in a logical sequence from pre-planning to the actual dig, the course emphasizes the mandatory requirements (“must”) over the recommended practices (“should”). It is a standardized program recognized by industry and applicable regulatory agencies.
